This is a space for those recovering from the deep wounds of narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, and complex relationship trauma—whether from a partner, a parent, or a toxic work environment. Here, survivors find a safe and supportive environment to reclaim their voice, rebuild self-worth, and reconnect with their personal power. The healing process blends evidence-based therapy with somatic and energetic modalities, honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
With a PhD in Psychology and a specialization in Spiritual Psychology and 10+ years of experience, I offer an integrative approach that includes depth therapy, nervous system healing, and energetic clearing modalities that include unique somatic exercises. My clients are often high-performing professionals recovering from burnout, gaslighting, and prolonged emotional stress.
All sessions are held virtually and customized to meet your specific needs. I combine depth psychology, spiritual insight, and trauma-informed presence to create a supportive space for meaningful, lasting change.
